Choprock has carved a niche for itself by taking on projects which are vital to small business owners but might otherwise be too small for the big web firms. Make no mistake -- we've built enterprise applications, and are pleased to build more -- but in many ways we prefer the relationship between consultant and entrepreneur which blossoms when working closely together on a moderately-sized project.
We can build custom business solutions from scratch. We're particularly good at building secure, database-driven web applications using open source technologies. We can also customize out-of-the-box applications, to save time and money -- we're a small business, too, and we know all about budget constraints.
Or you may already have some code, which you need tweaked, fixed or rewritten. We're skilled problem solvers and bug squashers, and we've seen enough ugly code over the years that we'd be, frankly, embarrassed not to write clean code ourselves. So in the unlikely event you decide to enlist another company's services after you've worked with us, they'll have an easier time of it than we did.
